About Me

I'm a licensed psychologist in the Seattle area with over 8 years of clinical experience. I received my Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Washington, and I completed my APA accredited predoctoral internship in child clinical and pediatric psychology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle.

 

I specialize in providing services for the following:

  • Autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities

  • Anxiety, including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), specific phobias, and generalized anxiety

  • School refusal and avoidance

  • Behavioral parent training for kids with autism, anxiety, and disruptive behaviors

Treatment

Services Offered

Anxiety Treatment

I provide individual therapy to children and adolescents, experiencing anxiety related concerns, such as generalized anxiety and specific phobias. I use an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy in working with my clients.

OCD Treatment

I provide individual therapy to children and adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder. I use an integration of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Exposure/Response Prevention in working with clients with OCD. 

School Refusal and Avoidance

I work with children and adolescents who have difficulties attending school on a regular basis due to anxiety. I collaborate with caregivers and school systems and use an integration of cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure therapy.

Parent Training for Challenging Behaviors
Evaluation & Assessment

I provide parent training to caregivers of children and adolescents who have anxiety related concerns, using evidence-based interventions such as Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).

I provide parent training to caregivers of children ages, 3-10 who have difficulties regulating their emotions and behavior, using evidence-based interventions such as Incredible Years, Helping The Noncompliant Child, and Applied Behavior Analysis.

I provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments, including assessments for autism, ADHD, mental health issues, and academic difficulties.
